Can I add more data if I run out?
+Yes, you can easily add more data to your existing VAYO eSIM without having to install a new profile. Simply log into your VAYO account, select your active eSIM, and choose a data top-up option. The additional data will be immediately available and will use the same validity period as your original plan or extend it, depending on the top-up selected.
Do VAYO eSIMs expire?
+The eSIM profile itself doesn't expire and remains on your device until you delete it. However, the data plan associated with your eSIM has a specific validity period (typically 7, 15, or 30 days) that begins when activated or on your specified start date. After this period, the data plan expires, but you can purchase a new plan for the same eSIM profile without having to install a new QR code.
What is VAYO's refund policy?

Can I share my eSIM data with other devices?

Does VAYO track my location or browsing activity?
